8 sales lessons. 8 weeks. You know the drill! Mr. eTail? here with 25+ years in the sales industry, I'm ready for the eighth and final lesson in this series. The final lesson: ??????’?? ???????? ???? ????????????????????. In sales, you're going to hear A LOT of no. No response. No budget. Plain old, no, not for us. But here's the honest truth - it is rarely personal. If I let every "no" turn into frustration, or took it as a personal failure, I would be burning bridges that didn't need burning. Bridges that can be crossed at a later date and time! Keep your cool, stay understanding, and don't assume. You're not being rejected, you're being redirected. Corny, but true. You'll get 'em next time. Thanks for tuning into my first series - this was fun! Maybe I'll do another one in the future - until then ??
