Today, we’re featuring Ellen Nemeth, Sales Associate from our Pennsylvania/Delaware division, and her family and friends, who visited our Jupiter guesthouse in Florida. “Everything about the guesthouse was amazing! The kitchen was beautiful, equipped with high-end appliances, and was large enough for multiple people to cook with plenty of room. Heated pool and hot tub for the chillier days were located beside an outdoor living area with retractable screens. The beds and bedding were also very comfortable, so we looked up the brands to purchase at home. We loved Guanabanas Restaurant and ate there twice! Our first visit was for dinner, and while the food was amazing, we missed the view of the bay it overlooks since it was already dark. So, we went back another day for lunch. The island-themed atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food (yes, even the gator bites!) made it a favorite stop . Busch Wildlife Sanctuary was a great, quick family activity. Admission is free, and the sanctuary runs only on donations. While it’s smaller than a zoo, it still offers a fun variety of animal species to enjoy. If you don’t mind heights, the Jupiter Lighthouse is a must. The panoramic views of Jupiter are stunning, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot wild manatees swimming below! We also stopped by O’Shea’s Irish Pub in West Palm, where we were blown away by the food and the incredibly friendly staff, some of the nicest we’ve ever met. And finally, Blowing Rocks Preserve, which made for some amazing photos. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly helpful. We are truly grateful to the entire guesthouse team for making our visit to Jupiter, FL, so enjoyable.” #EmployeeBenefits #IWorkForToll

Recently, employees at our Corporate Headquarters and TIS manufacturing plant competed in a high-energy ping pong tournament, culminating in a championship match against Chairman and CEO Doug Yearley. Employees gathered to watch and cheer each other on, celebrating the camaraderie, teamwork, and friendly competition that define our culture. Alexander Arotsky, Director of Database Services, IT, went paddle-to-paddle against 2024 reigning Ping Pong Champion Carter Knight, Digital Marketing Manager. Alex came out on top and earned the chance to play the TIS tournament winner, Jason Doub, CD Design & Estimating Tech II. After another hard-fought match, Alex clinched the title—and a shot at the ultimate challenge, playing our CEO. Doug made a grand entrance with music and an intimidating entourage before greeting referee Ben Jogodnik, Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions. The two went head-to-head in a championship match with all the drama of the US Open final. Ultimately, Alex pulled off the win and took the trophy.
